When with a lockdown almost complete
A virus created stressful pandemonium
Virtually chased humans off the street
Leaving the pathways to canines to run

Mongrels made believe to rule the earth
Strutting like it was theirs since birth
Barking menacingly, when stray vehicles
Crossed their paths, kicking up dirt

Was a time when the humming of birds
Was fleeting, their songs rarely heard
The human ear in its midst turned deaf
Now is assaulted with caws and chirps

Earth not long ago resounded with noise
A million sounds merging in a scuffle
Then all vanished, earth looks askance
As the winds whistle and leaves rustle

Eagles, threatened at planes flying by
With other birds felt their space invaded
But in a sudden moment of time the sky
Feels free of the menace man created.

Mutants and variants doing the rounds
Quickly razing the earth to the ground
None can control this rioting virus
It goes around and then comes around

So spaces you see, but faces you don’t
Even a desert, would seem populated
But the crisis has turned the earth over
Leaving us humans, the most desolated

Houses that were trampled only at night
Now feel the clutter of feet all day long
The world stares at you downside up
And wonders just to whom it belongs.

    Amazing and soothing voice..

This part is so true: “Mutants and variants doing the rounds, Quickly razing the earth to the ground, None can control this rioting virus… ”

And though the world was advanced with technology and a lot of innovation in all types of medications, but still, none of the countries could control this virus.
