It’s more powerful than the likes of our world leaders too

Most political bigwigs, are nothing short of marauders and effigies
Concealing themselves, shadowed behind their alter personalities

‘Change’ to them is zilch, if it’s not profit building
They chase after Mammon with their conscience not in the least kindling

On the suffering and impoverished their power pursuit strategies are ridden
But the virus has shown victory over them, which cannot be hidden

Lockdown continues and distance is stringently maintained
Vaccines are injected, yet Covid cannot be contained

Meetings and conferences, addressing the public of their land
The leaders feel as helpless, as one feels in quickening sand

Only God comprehends, what He is deliberating He will do
Our fate’s in the doldrums, yet liberation we will know, me and you.
